My gal already 19 months years old but she still unable to talk in few words, this is wat i worry did she know to talk? we trying talk more and read for her the flash card but she still dun want to talk the word out and only like to play and talk her own language which we all dunno wat she is talking about it, but she is understand wat we talking.
I have search from internet about child talk late http://iask.sina.com.cn/b/10512501.html maybe one of the reason also she more time with her grandparents and the way talking are different not much teach on her, only wait i'm at home which i'm really tired; more hard for me to teach her cause that time she already tired after playing whole day, she have no concentrate on what i'm talking.
Is that i'm worry too much ??but see a lot child age like her already can talk a lot words but not mine sure i'm feel worry, hope she can talk more on coming day.......

I agree interaction with others will stimulate toddlers to talk. Since Keith went to the new babysitter, he started talking more because the auntie's 2 daughters always play & talk to him.
Kalyn already understands what you say and talking on her own. I am sure very soon she will pick up.
no worries. It just a matter of time. Soon she will be talking. Agreed with Jason, the more she get to mix around with her pal cousin or friend, it does help.
